Access the Banana River and the famous Thousand Islands from the convenience of the backyard! - No smoking, vaping or use of marijuana or illegal drugs of any kind at any time or anywhere on the property. No events, parties or large gatherings - Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply. - Please do NOT open windows or doors for any prolonged periods to maintain A/C - Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, around the perimeter, facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces - There is no power boat docking/access from the dock without prior authorization - Swimming in the river is not recommended - There is no gate or fence separating the home and pool area, there is a $125 fee for moving pool security camera.
